Welcome to Smart Wings. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://www.smartwings.in and the educational services offered by Smart Wings.
Smart Wings is a children’s skill-development learning centre located in Guwahati, Assam, India. Our programmes include Abacus, Vedic Math, Rubik’s Cube, Cognitive Ability, Handwriting Improvement, and other educational activities as offered from time to time.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a course, or purchasing a service through our website or centre, you agree to the applicable terms below. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for reviewing these terms when arranging services for a child.
1. About Smart Wings

Smart Wings provides children’s educational and skill-development programmes through offline classes and, where available, online classes.
2. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility
Our courses are primarily intended for children. A parent or legal guardian should make enrolment decisions, provide the required information and consent, and supervise a child’s use of online services as appropriate.
By submitting a child’s details or arranging enrolment, you confirm that you are authorised to act on the child’s behalf and that the information provided is accurate.
Children must not make payments or independently submit personal information through our website without appropriate parental involvement and any consent required by applicable law.
3. Website Information and Course Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information about our courses, age groups, class schedules, fees, duration, learning materials, and facilities is accurate.
Course availability, batch timings, instructors, programme content, fees, and teaching arrangements may change. Please contact us to confirm current details before making a payment.
Any learning benefits described on our website are general educational aims. Individual results vary depending on the child’s participation, practice, attendance, starting level, and other factors.
4. Enquiries, Bookings, and Admission
Submitting an enquiry or registration form does not automatically guarantee admission or reserve a place in a class.
Admission is confirmed when Smart Wings communicates acceptance and any applicable registration and payment requirements have been completed.
Parents and guardians must provide accurate contact details and other information reasonably required to deliver the selected programme.
We may decline or defer a booking if a course is unavailable, a batch is full, or the programme is unsuitable for the child’s current level. Any decision will be handled fairly and subject to applicable law.
5. Course Fees and Payments
Smart Wings may accept payments both online and offline, depending on the service and payment options available.
Before payment, we will communicate the applicable course fees, registration charges, learning-kit costs, taxes, and other charges, where relevant.
The following conditions apply:
Online payments must be made through the payment methods and instructions provided by Smart Wings.
Offline payments must be made through authorised payment methods communicated by our centre.
Please retain payment receipts, transaction references, or other payment confirmations.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms and security procedures of the relevant payment provider.
Parents should verify the recipient and payment details before transferring money.
Never share banking passwords, card PINs, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone claiming to represent Smart Wings.
Where an online transaction fails, is duplicated, or is debited without the service being confirmed, please contact us with the transaction reference so that we can investigate and coordinate with the payment provider where necessary.
6. Cancellation, Withdrawal, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Smart Wings considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis. This does not mean that every request will automatically be approved or that applicable consumer rights can be excluded.
Parents or guardians should submit cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or rescheduling requests by emailing mail@smartwings.in or contacting our centre.
When reviewing a request, we may consider:
The reason for cancellation or withdrawal.
Whether classes or services have already been provided.
The timing of the request.
Whether learning materials, kits, or other items have been supplied.
Any specific refund terms communicated before payment.
Whether the cancellation resulted from Smart Wings being unable to provide the agreed service.
Where Smart Wings cancels a paid class or cannot provide a service, we will communicate an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling, a credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period, taking account of payment-provider procedures and applicable legal requirements.
Any non-refundable fee or deduction must be clearly disclosed in advance, be reasonable where required, and comply with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights or remedies.
7. Class Attendance and Student Conduct
Parents should ensure that children attend classes on time and follow reasonable instructions from instructors.
Students are expected to:
Treat instructors and other students respectfully.
Use classroom equipment, books, kits, and learning materials responsibly.
Follow reasonable safety and classroom rules.
Avoid disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
Respect the privacy and personal space of other students.
Parents should inform us of relevant learning requirements or circumstances that may help us support the child’s participation.
Where serious or repeated misconduct affects safety or learning, Smart Wings may discuss the matter with the parent or guardian and take reasonable action, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
8. Online Classes and Digital Learning
Where online classes or digital learning materials are offered, parents and students must use the access details only for the intended student and must not share paid access links or credentials with unauthorised persons.
Parents are responsible for providing suitable internet access and a reasonably appropriate learning environment, unless otherwise agreed.
Students must not record, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit online classes, instructor materials, or other students’ participation without appropriate permission and compliance with applicable law.
Smart Wings is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student’s internet connection, device, or third-party platform, but we will consider reasonable arrangements when a disruption affects the agreed service.
9. Educational Outcomes and Disclaimer
Smart Wings aims to help children develop mathematical confidence, concentration, logical reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and other relevant skills.
We do not guarantee a particular improvement in examination marks, school performance, memory, intelligence, concentration, or other measurable outcomes.
Our programmes supplement children’s learning and do not replace formal schooling, medical advice, psychological assessment, or specialised therapy.
10. Certificates, Assessments, and Awards
Where offered, certificates, awards, progress reports, and assessments are based on the relevant programme’s stated completion or assessment criteria.
A certificate issued by Smart Wings represents completion or achievement under our own programme criteria. It must not be understood as a government-recognised qualification, an accredited academic qualification, or a certificate issued by another institution unless that status has been expressly established and is accurately disclosed.
